Refund policy

Refunds are not given for change of mind purchases. If you purchase the wrong ebook or audiobook in error and have NOT downloaded it yet, we will happily exchange it for another book of the same value.

We are unable to provide exchanges once an ebook or audiobook has been downloaded.

If your paperback copy is damaged, please contact Book Vault first.

We use Bookfunnel to deliver the ebooks and Book Vault to deliver the paperbacks. If you have trouble and cannot load the book, there are instructions included in your purchase with details for them to help you.
